No frills but tons of fun, the SG Junior is beautifully simple. I, for one, believe that less magnetic pull from the strings equals a more resonant and lively the guitar and these SG Junior's are proving me right! A Single Dog Ear P90 Pickup in the bridge allows for max snarl and bite with killer sustain.
Gibson is back in 2019 with new leadership and the quality if already heading in the right direction! The first handful of guitars we have seen have had many of the issues addressed. Better cut nuts, even smoother frets, improved finish work, the improvements are quite obvious!
