With their Sable series of guitars, McPherson has definitely made us rethink what exactly is an acoustic guitar. Constructed almost entirely of carbon fiber, these acoustics are certainly a sight to see - all black except the shiny hardware, with an offset soundhole and mystifying patterns on the guitar face. With a deep, percussive tone that might surprise you, and the ability to plug in and play, the Sable series will certainly challenge your idea of the acoustic guitar. Plus, you never have to worry about warping - carbon fiber laughs in the face of humidity!
