This guitar is in on trade and it is in great shape. It is clean, cosmetically, and it is fully functioning. The neck is straight, the frets are still crowned, and the truss rod is functioning properly. Included with the guitar is the original hardshell case and certificate of authenticity.
The Fender Custom Shop 2014 Custom Deluxe Telecaster is an exciting combination of vintage feels with modern tone! This guitar is packed with great tone woods that sound as good as they look.
The body is made from weight selected Alder with a AAA quilt Maple top and finished with a Satin Cobalt Blue Transparent finish. The neck was built with a breathtaking piece of Birdseye Maple that has an enjoyable, but slimmer NoCaster "U" profile than you'd find on an early 50's. A Satin Finish on the back of the neck feels fast, smooth and dry no matter what!
The tone that this combination of woods and parts creates is truly incredible, with a Twisted Tele (neck) pickup and Texas Special hand-wound (bridge) pickup the tones are as exquisite as they come! They loaded this Telecaster with a 6-saddle bridge with Plated Solid Brass Saddles to enable the finest intonation adjustments with true Tele tone.
